BT Vision is a great idea, works well most of the time - but BT misinformed of the terms and conditions of their Valupack and are now wanting to charge me for content I was told I would get for free as part of the package. They also told me to uninstall the free virus protection they are supposed to supply in order to install an upgrade - they then told me it would not work on my system! I had to go pay for a free service in the end! Best thing is I got passed around several departments in in an attempt to solve the problem and they dare use 'Bringing it all Together' strap line on their stationary, lol!

Why, oh why do Virgin Media have to make the installation process so difficult for getting cable? Two days off work at the cost of £260? I should just phone up and cancel the second installation date!
